Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base and establish long-term partnerships with organizations in need of fleet management and repair services. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with businesses that operate fleets, including logistics companies, municipal fleets, and contractors. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring that our clients receive top-tier, personalized service for their vehicle maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business by targeting organizations that operate and maintain fleets, including small cars, trucks, and heavy-duty equipment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site visits, sales presentations, and product demonstrations to decision-makers within potential client organizations.
• Develop customized service solutions for clients’ fleet management needs and present proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
• Collaborate with our skilled team of technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B sales or fleet management (preferred, but not required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and meet targets.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Knowledge of the fleet management and vehicle repair industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
